Ensure the offshore foundation installation work is executed in accordance with:
* Approved Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS)
* Any approved Management of Change (MoC) issued during the project
* Project quality, safety (QHSE), and schedule requirements
* Offshore wind experience (foundation installation focus)
Knowledge of RAMS, offshore QHSE, and installation best practices.
Required QHSE and offshore certifications
* GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, Enhanced First Aid (EFA), Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
* Medical certificate including Chester Step test
* HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET, and EBS (STASS, HEED or EBS)
* IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training
