We are expanding our Harrow branch and seeking a driven Sales / Recruitment Executive to grow enrollments and deliver excellent student engagement.
Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your primary responsibility is to engage leads (via calls, emails, and messages), understand their needs and goals, present our course offerings, and guide them through enrolment. You'll work closely with the branch team and central marketing to convert leads into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to prospective students (inbound leads, marketing leads, referrals) and initiate contact via phone, email, or messaging
* Understand prospects' background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses
* Explain course content, duration, financing options, scheduling, assessments, and support services
* Follow up persistently on warm leads to move them along the enrolment funnel
* Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead database (lead status, follow-ups, notes)
* Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on what messaging and channels work best
* Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment / conversion targets
* Assist with open days, events, and campus outreach when required
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with students from first contact through enrolment
Requirements & Skills
* Proven experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or student recruitment (preferably in education/training)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport
* Ability to explain complex information clearly (e.g. qualification levels, course formats, funding)
* Self-motivated, target-driven, persistent, and resilient
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads/follow-ups
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic familiarity with CRM or willingness to learn
* Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekend events (if needed)
* Ideally located or able to commute to Harrow

Location & Schedule
* Based at our Harrow branch
* Typical working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00 (flexibility may be required for events)
* Some remote work flexibility for follow-ups and admin may be possible
