Bar Supervisor – Full Time Smith & Western – American Family-Friendly Restaurant Smith & Western is looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our friendly, fast-paced team. We’re an American-themed, family-friendly restaurant known for great service, lively atmosphere, and quality food and drinks. Key Responsibilities: Managing and organising bar rotas to ensure smooth daily operations Counting, monitoring, and maintaining accurate liquor stock levels Ordering bar stock and produce in line with business needs Supporting and leading the bar team during service Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer service Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations About You: Previous bartending experience is essential Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment A positive, hands-on approach to leadership Reliable, punctual, and team-focused If you’re passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
