Join us as a Digital Discovery Manager
* Lead the discovery of initiatives across digital channels, managing multiple releases within a release train, while realising strategy, new propositions, and capabilities within our Digital channels.
* Work collaboratively to ensure all aspects of change are designed, impact assessed, and delivered on time and to quality standards.
* Make a far-reaching impact by providing insightful feedback and sharing expertise to support our Group COO in achieving the 2030 strategy and vision.
What you'll do
Manage the delivery of digital releases and other changes to our digital channels from inception through post-live validation and monitoring, ensuring brand, customer experience, and engagement impacts are considered at every stage.
Define, analyze, and prioritize improvements to simplify the business for colleagues and customers. Collaborate with capabilities and Digital X teams to embrace and optimize the latest tools and technologies.
* Plan, prioritize, run, and deliver multiple digital releases in parallel with stakeholders and delivery partners.
* Identify process improvements, simplification opportunities, and waste elimination to optimize value.
* Ensure governance, reporting, and control, including all delivery documentation using appropriate frameworks and processes.
* Own risks, issues, and dependencies, including assessments and mitigation strategies within the risk appetite.
* Promote continuous improvements through delivery retrospectives to enhance processes and techniques.
* Align with business strategy and delivery plans to achieve optimal delivery models.
The skills you'll need
Deliver complex initiatives or multiple releases in parallel, realizing business outcomes and improving customer and colleague experiences aligned with strategic goals.
Possess knowledge of technology systems, processes, Agile methodology, and experience in business change delivery. Adaptability to changing environments is essential.
Additionally, you should have:
* Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
* Understanding of change frameworks and idea-to-value methodologies.
* Expertise in digital channels, including mobile, online, and digital propositions.
* Knowledge of analytics, human-centered design, customer insights, journey mapping, UX, and funnel management.
* Creative thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Lean, Six Sigma, or similar qualification.
* Understanding of the different businesses within our Group COO.
