Due to a recent contract award we are seeking to strengthen our commercial team and are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with in our infrastructure division, delivering Sturry Link Road in Canterbury.
The project is a 550-metre-long road, with a 250-metre viaduct set to be built over the Great Stour River, the river's flood plain, and the railway line from Canterbury to Ramsgate.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work with the site team and take responsibility for all contractual and commercial matters for the project.
About you
You will have experience working for a contractor within Civils & Infrastructure.
You will have progressed as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor.
You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
You will be degree qualified within Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
Alternatively, a degree with some numerical or technical elements is advantageous.
