Restaurant Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel - Berkshire 50k
Up to £50,000 including service charge
You'll work closely with the management team to lead the restaurant operation, ensuring flawless service and a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
With a focus on exceptional guest experience, you'll guide your team with strong leadership, setting clear goals and supporting their growth. You'll leverage your passion for fine food, wine, and culinary trends to inspire the team and maintain high standards. Your organisational skills and financial acumen will ensure smooth operations and the achievement of financial targets.
Manage and grow the team, ensuring excellent cooperating across departments whilst leading by example. Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times
Organise departmental trainings to ensure overall quality and skills building
Encourage knowledge and best practice sharing within the team and across departments
Take ownership of decisions and actions
Communicate regularly on completion of assignments, team achievements and trainings
Excellent communication skills with colleagues, guests and management team
Thorough practical knowledge of global service standards, the department, individual roles and responsibilities
Stable background in independent 4/5* hotels or leading restaurants is required
Please note, the hotel is not on a public transport route, so its advised to have your own daily transport
