Location: High Wycombe/Chesham with travel across Bucks, Beds & Herts.
Salary : £43,345 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About the Role: Due to the expansion of our investment works programme and our recent property acquisition, we have exciting opportunities for two Electricians to join our Kitchen & Bathroom team. Whether youre self-employed seeking stability or currently working elsewhere and looking for a financially strong organisation with excellent benefits and career progression, this role offers a secure and rewarding future.
As a Technician working for our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), youll be supplied with:
A fully equipped hybrid van and fuel card
An electronic tablet for scheduling and communication
A mobile phone, work clothing, and PPE
Youll be the face of SettleParadigm, delivering a quality service to customers in their homes with professionalism, competence, and a friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities: Mark out and chase in for new sockets
Core holes for fans
Install and add heat alarms/update old smoke alarms
Run trunking
Wire ring and radial circuits
Connect and test installations
Complete certification
Carry out consumer unit changes
Remove old circuits
Install lights and bathroom fans
Second fix sockets and accessories
What Were Looking For Must haves:
Extensive experience in electrical work including domestic installation, inspection reports, fault finding, service, repairs, and re-wires
City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent) & 18th Edition qualification (Essential Qualification)
Sound knowledge of legislation and Codes of Practice (construction, building regulations, health & safety)
High level of literacy and numeracy
Ability to make well-informed decisions using initiative
Clear and effective communication skills
Commitment to excellent customer service standards
Full valid manual UK driving licence
Nice to haves:
Experience working in social housing or similar environments
Familiarity with multi-trade tasks alongside electrical work
