We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service-driven individual to join our front-of-house team in Otley
The role:
You will be the first point of contact for all patients, taking them through their journey whilst delivering a first-class customer service experience. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment books alongside various administrative and financial tasks.
Full Time:
Monday 8.30am - 7.00pm
Tuesday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
The ideal candidate:
We don't need you to know anything about dentistry; full training will be provided. We want you to have a genuine passion for delivering a 5* customer service experience for all our patients. Keeping people happy and making them smile will fulfil you in your role
Skills & Experience:
* Proven front of house experience
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a 5* service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
* Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems
* Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
