You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, strengthening infrastructure, and optimising IT performance across all sites. The position requires travel between three locations, each within approximately 30-40 minutes of one another.Role DescriptionLead and develop the IT team through structured training plans, coaching, and ongoing professional support.Deliver highâquality IT support across all business functions, ensuring a responsive and customerâfocused service.Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of all hardware and software, ensuring systems are regularly updated, secure, and fit for purpose.Ensure all IT systems and networks operate in full alignment with Data Protection and GDPR requirements, maintaining robust compliance across the organisation.Identify and drive improvements in companyâwide processes, implementing enhancements that strengthen efficiency and performance.Collaborate with customers' IT teams to maintain secure, reliable, and accurate eâtrading connections and integrations.
