An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for the Outreach Team at the University of Bedfordshire, supporting the delivery of the Uni Connect Programme. Funded by the Office for Students, this role will engage with students in KS3 and KS4 in schools across Bedfordshire. The post holder will work alongside our Outreach Coordinators at the University of Bedfordshire and colleagues at our partner universities, the University of Hertfordshire and the University of Northampton.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of widening access to education and is aware of the barriers that different groups of students may face. You will bring experience working with young people and feel confident creating and delivering engaging events and workshops that are accessible and inclusive to all.

This is a fixed-term post until 31st July 2026, full-time (37 hours a week) and will be based across Bedford and Luton campuses. Travel will be required to schools across the region, for which expenses will be paid.
