Job Overview
We are looking for a Rental Administrator to join our successful team in our busy Mildenhall office. The hours of work will be 41.5 hours per week which will include every other Saturday 9-4 and a day off during the week (to be agreed). This position will require the applicant to have a full driving license (use of a company car will be provided please contact the office for details), be fully IT literate and possess a good telephone manner along with excellent communication and administration skills. Whilst experience would be an advantage, full training will be provided. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out our tenancy checks, reporting back to landlords and arranging/overseeing repairs.
* Dealing with rental leads
* General office admin duties

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
