The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an EHS Technician I to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in Witney. In this role, you will support and advise the site to ensure EHS compliance and drive best practices across the business. You’ll help develop and implement systems, training, and programs that improve EHS performance and support the safe development of new products and equipment. About You You’ll be a proactive and knowledgeable EHS professional, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment. You’ll be confident delivering training, conducting risk assessments, and advising on regulatory compliance. You’ll also be comfortable working across teams and levels of the organisation, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. To Be Successful, You Will Need A NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or Environment. Experience responding to EHS legal requirements and implementing EHS systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and advise across departments.
