Technology Talent Programme

Hackajob is collaborating with mThree to connect them with exceptional tech professionals for this role. This programme does not require a degree, but candidates must be passionate about technology and ready to learn.


Program Overview

With mThree’s Tech Accelerator, you’ll receive intensive training, personalised support, and the opportunity to launch your tech career at a leading investment bank in Stevenage. After training, you will start working full‑time with our banking client.


What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy

* Python programming fundamentals.
* MySQL and database management.
* DevOps tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Docker.
* CI/CD practices with Jenkins, version control, and Agile development.
* Linux scripting and automation.
* Financial and banking concepts explained at a high level.
* Professional skills and interview techniques to help you shine.


What You Need to Succeed

* A genuine passion for technology.
* Analytical thinking and confidence working with numbers.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Bonus: experience working in a team or collaborative environment.
* You must live within 20 miles OR have a 45‑minute commute to Stevenage.
* Committed to attending the office 5 days a week.
* You must have the right to work in the UK.


What You’ll Get
