Leisure Assistants
1 full‑time role and 3 part‑time roles across The Oval, Guinea Gap and Leasowe Leisure Centre.
Key Tasks Of The Role Include
* Providing lifeguard duties across designated swimming pools.
* Regularly patrol the gym area on rota and ensure all areas of the leisure facility and machines are clean and in good working order.
* Ensure all areas are fit for purpose and report all defects to Line Manager.
* Undertake general cleaning and labouring duties as required.
* Regularly patrol outside facilities, collect tickets and supervise outside changing facilities including issuing keys for changing areas.
* Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Participate in ongoing training programmes.
Qualifications
* Current Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) Pool Lifeguarding qualification is essential.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and shift patterns across all leisure centres, including evenings and weekends.
* DBS check required.
* Eligibility to work in the UK; candidates must have the right to work or meet Visa sponsorship criteria.
