A respected UK-wide construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering high-quality new build industrial and logistics schemes across the country. The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Senior Quantity will join a growing team with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for providing expert commercial and project delivery services in the logistics and industrial sector. This is a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor role that offers a clear path for progression and the chance to work across the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have at least four years' experience working within the industrial and logistics sector and will either be chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards APC completion. A self-motivated attitude, willingness to travel, and strong organisational skills are essential.
