Senior Sales Account Manager (MPS & Solutions - North East)
Salary: Competitive basic salary and comms package
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Gateshead – Territory of North East England (Substantial Account Base)

They will require a good understanding of the sales process within the MPS marketplace, as well as excellent knowledge of our company and the products and service provided. Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, develop, and grow an existing client base by identifying requirements, whilst actively seeking other opportunities into our cross-sell propositions> Increase volume and profitability across the board.
* Actively target the largest potential customers within your territory (Major Market/Corporate/Public Sector), bringing to the table all relevant tender information.
* Identify potential new SME clients and business opportunities
* Ensure that the CRM is updated regularly with information relating to new and/or existing business
* Meet performance targets set (KPI) by ensuring your client portfolio generates satisfactory returns
* Be actively aware of all market and competitor activity
* Engage with client base regularly, assessing their business needs
* Keep up to date with new equipment and software ensuring a good understanding of the product suite
Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from a similar industry would be advantageous
* Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Time Management skills
* Team Player
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essential
* Driving License
Required Education and Other Qualifications:
* Excellent levels of spoken and written English
* The ability to communicate and interpret issues
* Excellent attention to detail
