A role has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a global market leading company based in Hounslow. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years experience in a similar role and is looking to grow within accounting and finance\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nIntercompany accounting.\nAssisting with the preparation of revenue recognition (billing).\nAssisting with fixed assets management and capital purchases/leasing.\nAssisting with the preparation of accruals.\nAssisting with the preparation of prepayments.\nOther overheads analysis.\nAssist with purchase ledger invoices entries.\nAssist with sales ledger invoices entries.\nBank reconciliations and allocations of receipts.\nPosting Payments and bacs runs.\nBalance Sheet reconciliations.\nBank reconciliations.\nPosting journals.\nYou will assist in identifying process improvements and seek system enhancements to improve efficiencies.\nThis is a varied role, where you will be producing financial analysis and partnering with the management & financial accountants along with other areas in the business.Requirements:\n\nMust hold an accounting degree.\nCurrently studying towards CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.\nMust possess previous accounting experience and exposure to month end within a corporate environment.\nMust possess strong excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables and basic powerpoint skills.By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
