Position Overview
Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a part‑time Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ninewells Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the front‑of‑house team, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing appointments and updating records
* Supporting clinical teams using IT systems
* Communicating effectively with patients, clinicians, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
* Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies (training provided if needed)
Additional Requirements
* Strong IT and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
* Previous experience in stock handling would be advantageous

Working Hours
22 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 12:30 hrs and Friday 08:00 – 12:00 hrs.
