Your Role as a Level 3 Practitioner
We are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers flexible shift patterns between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note that this is a full-year position, as our nursery operates year-round.

Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and the wellbeing of children, staff, and families
* Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns to management
Note: Duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Your Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
* Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable)
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS (desirable)
