I am looking for a senior Employee Relations (ER) professional to join a leading fashion retailer and drive high-impact, complex ER initiatives across a broad region. This is a chance to influence business strategy, resolve challenging cases, and shape a positive, fair, and commercially sound workplace culture.
What you will do:
-Provide expert ER advice on complex, high-risk, or high-profile cases.
-Lead litigation strategies (ACAS/ETs) and settlement agreements in partnership with Employment Law.
-Partner with stakeholders to develop ER plans that reduce risk, improve outcomes, and enhance manager capability.
-Coach leaders and ER Executives on disciplinary, capability, performance, and fair treatment matters
-Drive people-change initiatives, consultation processes, and impact assessments.
