We are supporting a high‑tech engineering manufacturer in the York area that is hiring for a key Compliance Lead position.
This role focuses on export control, import/export documentation, OGEL licensing, customs compliance, and coordination with logistics, engineering, and production teams.
It would suit someone with experience in manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, defence, or other regulated export environments who enjoys being the operational expert for compliance processes.
The position is hands on, visible across the business, and offers the chance to shape and refine their compliance function as the company scales internationally
