Overview
Support the implementation of a new School‑Aged Childcare Strategy. Work directly with the Extended School‑Aged Childcare Manager and provide specialist project support to the strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage and coordinate project processes for the new school‑aged childcare strategy.
* Maintain Project Management procedures and associated documentation templates.
* Maintain systems to plan, track, monitor and report on the strategy.
* Develop and maintain a library of case studies.
* Hold master copies of all project information.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. RQF level 2 in English and Maths or ability to pass assessment at interview.
2. Ability to plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner, changing messages to suit different audiences.
4. Ability to monitor budgets effectively, supporting the Early Years Extended Childcare Manager in DfE monitoring returns.
5. Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
6. Working knowledge of project management methods.
