About the Role
* Oversee and drive the entire bid lifecycle, from strategic planning and content creation to pricing strategy and final submission.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather critical insights, data, and resources that enhance bid quality and competitiveness.
* Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the bidding process.
* Ensure all bid submissions are fully compliant with regulatory standards and tailored to client-specific requirements.
* Lead bid-related meetings, reviews, and post-submission debriefs, fostering continuous learning and process improvement.
* Deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators during the bidding phase.
* Monitor and evaluate bid performance metrics to identify trends, inform strategy, and drive ongoing improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or bid management.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
* Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
* Resilient under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities, and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and building trust with stakeholders.
