Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Data Change / Delivery Lead Azure Fabric Migration with 10+ years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of data migration and change delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end data migration and change delivery from on prem Oracle systems to Azure Microsoft Fabric.
2. Own the data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, including cutover and decommissioning.
3. Manage cross-functional teams (data engineering, data modelling, governance, testing, and business SMEs).
4. Oversee delivery across Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) layers.
5. Drive governance around data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and audit readiness.
6. Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
7. Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure timely resolution.
