Sales Negotiator

Job Overview
This full‑time permanent position is located in Marple. It includes a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with one Saturday per three weeks. The OTE ranges from £26,000 to £28,000.
Responsibilities
* Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, including registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
* Generating new business and cross‑service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services.
* Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression.
* Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion.
* Supporting the branch on lettings when required.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Experience in a similar role is required; high volume of sales progression is essential.
* Great customer service and natural selling ability.
* Strong knowledge of the area preferred.
* Full clean driving licence required; ideally own roadworthy vehicle.
* Ability to commit to working one Saturday per three weeks.
