Job Title: Residential Therapeutic Care Worker
Location: Goole
Salary: £27,303 + overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week including nights, weekends and bank holidays
The Homes: Two 4‑bedroom houses with four established children.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety, security and well‑being of all children at all times.
* Provide parenting‑style care – support bedtime routines, encourage early‑morning play and games.
* Deliver calm, reassuring care and use the therapeutic model to help children stay calm during dysregulated moments.
* Assist the day‑time team with keeping the home clean, cosy and running smoothly.
* Get to know each child – their likes, needs and how best to support them.
* Keep clear, up‑to‑date records.
* Act as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
* Prioritise your continual development and remain open to learning new skills.
