CYCLE CENTRE MECHANIC | £13.09 per hour
As a Cycle Mechanic you will work in conjunction with the Cycle Centre management team to ensure the smooth running of the Cycle Centre. In this role you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of service to our guests, repairing and maintaining cycles and equipment which our guests hire during their break. Other responsibilities include training new starters, maintaining records, monitoring parts and stock, checking cycles against the company standard and ensuring excellent customer service.
Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Working days and hours may vary, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As the village is open 365 days a year, your hours will include public/bank holidays and rota during Christmas/New Year.

Essential requirements
* Good communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Pre‑empts problems and seeks to find alternatives
* Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
* Works well in a team
* Full driving licence with experience of driving a trailer
Desirable requirements
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a customer service and/or cycle mechanic environment
* Cytech Level 2 qualification
