Location: Grantham
Salary: £35,000-£37,000 — negotiable depending on experience.
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as required to meet business needs.
The Ideal Candidate
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Passionate and confident to lead by example, loves challenges, and can mentor and coach the team.
* In-depth knowledge of the domiciliary care industry and CQC regulations.
* Proven experience in developing and managing a domiciliary care team
* Business development skills, understanding KPIs and targets, and being innovative.
* NVQ Level 5 or working towards it.
* Full UK driving licence

Requirements:
* Previous managerial experience is essential.
About the Role: As a Registered Care Manager, you will ensure branch compliance, high standards of care, and collaborate closely with the Managing Director, office team, external agencies, and care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of service operations and compliance, maintaining high standards of care and support.
* Recruit, train, retain, and manage care staff effectively.
* Achieve KPIs to support business growth.
* Represent the business in the community, identify opportunities, and build relationships.
* Lead and support office staff during CQC inspections, including attending inspections and completing PIRs.
