SENIOR CONTRACTS LEGAL ADVISOR - CONTRACT SURREY

Our Client, a global leader in engineering and constructing major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore, is currently looking for a Senior Contracts Legal Advisor to join the team based in Surrey.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS

1. Proven experience on similar role.
2. Law degree or similar.
3. Proficiency in professional English writing.
4. Strong legal expertise, including LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, Norwegian Law (preferred), and both common and civil law systems with a focus on contract law and partnership agreements.
5. Good knowledge of the Companys core business areas such as EPC contracts, platform components, Offshore plants and subsea fields installation.
6. Meticulous in contract preparation and management, ensuring legal compliance.
