The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new client partnerships and expand PTR’s presence across the UK and international energy markets.
This is a high‑impact role focused on developing strategic accounts, winning new business, and delivering permanent and contract staffing solutions within the energy and engineering sectors.
You’ll
* Win and grow strategic client partnerships
* Develop new business opportunities across energy and engineering markets
* Deliver permanent and contract technical recruitment solutions
* Lead proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations
* Shape and expand PTR’s presence in the UK and international markets
You Have
* A proven billing and business development track record
* Experience in energy, oil & gas, renewables, or technical engineering sectors
* Strong commercial instincts and client relationship skills
* Confidence in winning and developing new business

Qualifications

* Familiarity with Quality Surveillance or QC Inspection services is advantageous
