Role: Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility)
Salary: £12.21 per hour plus benefits
Reports to: Shop manager
Department: Trading
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 6 hours on Sundays only
Location: Falmouth

About Cancer Research UK: We aim to beat cancer and are looking for a motivated retail assistant to join our trading team, acting as an ambassador and taking Sunday shop responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing Sunday shop operations, including keyholder duties and supporting volunteers.
* Supporting sales and fundraising targets.
* Processing donations and stock.
* Generating new income ideas.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining shop standards on safeguarding, compliance, and health & safety.
Physical activity and manual handling are part of the role.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in customer service.
* Ability to work in lively environments.
* Adaptability and teamwork skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
