We are looking for someone with a passion to improve and promote the business and get stuck in. Social Media Key duties and responsibilities include: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies—covering content planning (text, images, video), calendar management, and ad campaigns with budget control and targeting. Produce and schedule content across LinkedIn and Instagram aligning with business objectives while staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly), using insights and metrics to optimise content and strategy. SEO And PPC Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimise existing website content (text, images, video) improving search visibility. Collaborate closely with external SEO agencies to align on content planning, backlink strategies, and outreach opportunities. Technical Skills Marketing qualification The candidate must be technically proficient in the Adobe Suite: Photoshop Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube including paid campaigns.
