Your Role:
5. Complete installations, servicing and general maintenance of air source heat pumps
6. Undertake general central heating system repairs
7. Organising labour and materials
8. Carrying out onsite supervision providing technical and practical support.
9. Fault Finding analysis, maintenance and repairs to commercial and domestic heating systems
10. Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely and efficiently
11. Document works using your PDA
12. Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
13. Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit
14. Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules
What We Need from You.
15. ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
16. Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent
17. Proven Air Source Heat Pump/multi fuel experience including installations and servicing
18. A full UK driving license
19. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
20. Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
21. A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
22. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
23. Ability to manage your time and workload independently
24. Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F-Gas) are desirable
