Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk, South Lincolnshire Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a lovely company in South Lincolnshire to recruit a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for up to 6 months. Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will process purchase orders and invoices, ensure accurate coding and VAT rules are followed, maintain supplier accounts, and manage the accounts inbox. You’ll also handle mid and month‑end payment runs, support supplier relationships, maintaining financial records/electronic filing. The role includes general office support, such as answering calls and greeting visitors. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in purchase ledger/finance administration, good Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software. Strong communication, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. AAT qualification or part-qualification is desirable. You will be living in the Lincolnshire area and be available to start work immediately. You will also have a car due to the rural location of the company.
