We are seeking a highly motivated, confident individual to join our established, yet growing, license apparel company. The Approvals Coordinator will be responsible for timely approval of designs and products with our Licensors, liaising closely with the Design, Sales, and Merchandising teams in-house.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Design, Sales & Merchandising teams, submitting concepts and samples to licensors.
* Managing and prioritising submissions stages.
* Design concepts, samples, and production.
* Directing feedback to all relevant departments internally.
* Reviewing quality of samples.
* Checking files/concepts ensuring they are suitable for approval submission.
* Processing submissions via Licensors systems and/or via email.
