I'm currently recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Castle of Brecon Hotel, part of the Coaching Inn Group.
This is not simply a kitchen management role.
We are a busy, events-driven destination hotel in the heart of Brecon, delivering:
• Micro weddings and private celebrations
• Conference and banqueting events
• Seasonal tourism peaks
• A growing restaurant reputation
I'm looking for a commercially minded Head Chef who can:
Execute high-volume weddings and functions with precision
Lead and develop a strong brigade
Control GP and kitchen systems confidently
Elevate food quality and consistency
Work collaboratively in a high-performance leadership team
Experience in hotel banqueting or busy events venues is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate event cover numbers, brigade leadership and sound commercial awareness.
