As the PA you will be responsible for:Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to senior team members.

5. Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and handling all related logistics.
6. Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
7. Handle incoming communications and respond or redirect as appropriate.
8. Support the team with ad-hoc duties and projects when required.
9. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The successful PA should have:
10. Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, ideally within professional services.
11. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
15. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
