Identify areas of operational efficiency through process simplification in these business areas, Create a consistent and structured cross functional working group across these key areas Identify opportunities to save costs wherever possible and work with 3rd Parties where needed Support the cross functional working relationships (Loss Prevention, Property Team, Utilities Team, City facilities, Logistics service etc.) to ensure retail initiatives are executed across our estate. Ensuring any operational changes are store-friendly and customer-focused. Manage feedback loops and continuous improvement based on store input and performance data Input into key cross-functional projects (e.g., Waste and Availability Initiatives, Process redesigns, Loss Prevention trials). Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved customer experience.
