Frieze is the world’s leading platform for modern and contemporary art, dedicated to artists, galleries, collectors, and art lovers. It comprises three magazines – frieze, Frieze Masters Magazine, and Frieze Week – and seven international art fairs – Frieze London, Frieze Masters, Frieze New York, Frieze Los Angeles, Frieze Seoul, The Armory Show, and EXPO Chicago. Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships for a fixed-term 1-year contract. This role involves sales responsibilities and managing our partnerships team, including direct management of four team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive partnerships revenue across all Frieze platforms, including magazines, frieze.com, fairs, Cork St, Frieze FRAME Production Agency, Frieze Studios Consultancy, and our membership program.
2. Manage a team of salespeople and account managers to grow global partnerships revenue and ensure high-quality account management for existing sponsors.
3. Support the professional development of the team.
4. Ensure renewal of long-term partnerships with growth in sponsorship fees.
5. Manage your own pipeline for new partnerships and renewals.
6. Manage team T&E budget in collaboration with finance.
7. Represent the partnerships team in internal meetings and liaise with other departments.
8. Assist the Commercial Director with financial forecasting.
9. Develop new sponsorship products based on team input and client demand.
10. Manage costs to drive profit.
Additional Notes
International travel is required; flexibility and longer hours may be necessary.

Working Conditions
Fixed-term, 1-year maternity cover, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm, hybrid working.
