Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Prepare and review legal documentation related to property conveyancing.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Conduct searches, enquiries, and due diligence to ensure legal compliance.
* Coordinate with external solicitors and internal teams to progress cases efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines and legal standards at all stages of transactions.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and professional partners.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes, including case management software.
* Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
