Role Overview
We are recruiting a qualified Electrician to join our Property Team in Blandford. We will provide a business-use van and fuel card, as you'll spend significant time on the road.

Responsibilities
* Perform routine testing and repairs of electrical systems in customer homes as part of the Electrical Team.
* Handle responsive repairs and planned works following schedules, IEE wiring regulations, and company standards.
* Maintain a strong health and safety focus, adhering to best practices.
* Estimate, requisition, and recommend materials for repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Record and report on electrical systems' status and condition using inspection sheets and certificates.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in Residential/Housing sector.
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification, 18th Edition (BS7671), and City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect.
* Strong health and safety awareness.
* Team player.
* Full, current driving license with at least 1 year of experience and ability to drive and take home a company van.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and call-out pay. The role is subject to license, qualification, and DBS checks.
