The Role
We’re looking for a Head Omakase Chef with exceptional technical ability, deep knowledge of Japanese culinary tradition, and a passion for guest interaction. You will take full ownership of the Omakase experience designing and preparing each menu, sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients, and guiding a small team dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Curate and execute a world-class Omakase menu, evolving seasonally.

Lead the Omakase counter experience with professionalism, charisma, and precision.

Ensure the highest standards of ingredient sourcing, storage, and handling.

Mentor and train junior chefs in the art and discipline of Omakase.

Maintain full ownership of your station: preparation, hygiene, inventory, and guest experience.
