The Role:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be a key player in delivering cutting-edge workplace solutions from concept to completion. You will lead projects, develop innovative designs, and work closely with clients and colleagues to bring visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from initial brief to successful handover.
Develop compelling design concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical drawing packages.
Translate client needs and strategic workplace consultancy insights into functional and inspiring designs.
Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation.
Create comprehensive FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications and schedules.
Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants.
Present design concepts with confidence and passion to diverse stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to the growth of the design team.
Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies.About You:
You possess a strong portfolio showcasing a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial interior design projects.
You have extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in a similar Senior Interior Designer role within the commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
You are proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
You have exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
You are a creative problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
