Job Description
We're partnering with a market leading media business based in South London.
You will play a key role in the delivery of sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns. You will implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions.

The Successful Applicant
* Previous CRM and email marketing experience
* Be based in South London (4 days a week onsite)
* Previous experience delivering campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Experience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emails
* Knowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practices
* Experience segmenting customer data for email targeting
* Some experience with marketing automation technologies
* Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
* A/B and multivariate testing experience across email
* Exposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reporting
* Build reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get the right insight from Salesforce, including email performance reporting
* Use performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisation
* Work with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvements
* Manage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancements
* Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management
