Scheme Manager Eleanor Cross Road is a supported scheme providing accommodation for up to 20 single homeless people in Broxbourne which includes floating supporting into the community. The team offer a trauma-informed, safe environment that is person-centred and supports homeless individuals to access the help they need. This could include support to find move-on accommodation, claim benefits, counselling or signposting to specialist agencies for support with things like drug and alcohol addictions. Our values are: People we support first Treating people with respect, promoting independence and choice Developing passionate and committed teams Being cost effective without compromising standards or safety About the role As a Scheme Manager, you will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing support, advice and assistance to people who are experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages ensuring individuals are able to access and maintain a safe and secure home of their own.
