What can I expect?
We have an exciting Engineering Apprenticeship opportunity in our Manufacturing Team. As an Apprentice, you will start working with Focus Factory Production Teams, learning about our products and processes. You will then rotate through different technical areas before specializing in your final year.
The purpose of our Manufacturing Team is to produce high-quality products while continually improving efficiency and flexibility. Our engineering teams work to keep production equipment operational and implement improvements to increase productivity.
Please note that shift work will be required throughout most of the programme.
During your apprenticeship, you will develop skills in electrical and electronic work, mechanical tasks, fault diagnosis, automation, digital projects, and preventative maintenance.

Minimum educational requirements:
* Level 3: Achieved or on track to achieve at least 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.
* Level 4: Achieved or on track to achieve three A-levels (grade C or above), a BTEC, or equivalent, with at least one in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
