Our new goal is to find the right candidates to be part of this amazing project to help us during the evolution to become a modern, stylish and innovative 12-storey hotel. The hotel is about to undergo a very unique project resulting in a dual branding stylish and modern hotel with a combination of 3* and 4* product.

Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Department: Food & Beverage
Salary: £15.28/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW
1. Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mind-set;
2. Supervise the team of Food and Beverage Department, helping them improve their skills and providing support for career development
3. Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
4. Conveys the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field
5. Ensures that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of good quality
6. Develops revenue and profit margins
7. Helps the hotel meet its targets
8. Provides information for guests within his/her field of competence or directs them to the right person
9. Remains polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request
10. Handling any complaints immediately and sensibly, and keeps the manager informed
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer relations
11. Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
12. Enquires whether guests are satisfied throughout their experience
13. Takes into account and anticipates guests' needs
14. Convey the hotel image
Professional techniques / Production
15. Determines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment
16. Supervises stock rotations for catering supplies and identifies any needs
17. Supervises and checks the bar, restaurant, menu, presentation
18. Is responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand
19. Coordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc.)
20. Guarantees that equipment is kept clean and well maintained, in line with hygiene regulations
21. Ensures equipment remains in good condition and signals any need for technical intervention
22. Ensures compliance with legislation governing the sale of beverages
Team management/ Talent & Culture
23. Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly and approach.
24. Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere
25. Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development
26. Ensures that employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc.)
27. Helps employees improve their skills and provides support
Commercial / Sales
28. Is familiar with all the hotel's services and promotes them to encourage guest loyalty
29. Increases sales through his/her innovative and creative approach and reliable advice
30. Promotes the special offers and full range of products
Management and administration
31. Manages the products available for guests
32. Keeps the loss and breakage of equipment to a minimum and keeps the superior informed
33. Keeps an inventory of equipment and tracks items coming in and out.
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
34. Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
35. Knows and ensures the application of the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
36. Ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel
37. Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environmental Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc).
