We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Operations & Engagement Manager to join our marketing team and provide essential support across our on and offline channels. You will own the social media strategy and execution for Spotlight and other Talent Systems Europe Brands, carrying out campaigns that promote brand awareness and consideration, drive audience growth and engagement, and educate and inspire our audience of performers and industry professionals.
In this dynamic position, you will also co-ordinate new product and feature launches, providing support to our other channel owners; Content, Digital Marketing, and CRM. You will be a key resource in the creation and development of marketing assets, collaborating with other teams in the business, co-ordinating our sprints and conducting detailed reporting. Additionally, you will take charge of special projects, contributing significantly to our marketing efforts.
With a comprehensive understanding of each marketing channel, your insight will be crucial for ensuring seamless channel integration within our campaigns. Your ability to step in and cover managerial responsibilities during their absence due to leave or illness will help maintain continuity and drive in our marketing operation.
Your role is not just supportive but also pivotal, as it requires agility, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to keep our multichannel marketing strategies cohesive and effective. You will be an integral member of the team, playing a central part in our continued success and growth.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage the Marketing team’s Jira ticketing platform, coordinating and integrating campaign activities across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representat
* Own the new product and feature launches, working closely with Product and Success teams to co-ordinate all activ
* ity. Manage social media content calendar, scheduling posts for optimal engagement, keeping channels up-to-date and brand and product-focused via continual implementation of the social media strat
* egy. Write effective, targeted copy adapting writing style and tone to suit different audie
* nces. Independently create compelling graphics, video/gif content using Canva templates and Adobe Suite in the absence of external design and video resour
* ces. Create and post engaging video and graphical assets tailored for our core chann
* els. Collaborate with the Content Manager to conduct SEO research, identify keywords and phrases, create and edit content, and optimise content for improved page rankings and visibil
* ity. Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and execute solus and automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, IAM, content cards, push etc) that nurture leads and enhance customer journ
* eys. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to make updates and edits to website content across platforms like WordPress and Umbr
* aco. Act as a relief for managers during their absence, ensuring continuity in marketing strategy execution and deliverab
