Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Sales Negotiator to join a thriving Clifton office offering a broad and varied role. Youll be involved in valuations, viewings, negotiation, and sales progression, giving you full exposure to the end-to-end sales process. For more experienced candidates with proven valuation skills, there is flexibility around weekend working and an enhanced earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers Carry out market appraisals and property valuations Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Manage sales progression through to completion Build strong relationships with vendors and applicants Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market Represent the brand professionally at all times Skills and Qualifications: Experience in a residential estate agency sales role is essential Strong knowledge of the sales process, including progression and negotiation Valuation experience highly desirable Confident, professional, and customer-service focused Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organised and able to manage a varied workload Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Package and Benefits: Basic salary between £25,000 - £30,000 DOE with r ealistic OTE £35,000 - £45,000 Pooled commission plus performance related bonuses Alternate working weeks (MonFri, then MonSat with a day off in lieu) Reduced Saturdays for experienced valuers (typically 1 in 3 or 1 in 4) Full-time position Opportunity to grow within an established, high-performing office Supportive team culture with strong internal progression
