Key Responsibilities
1. Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
2. Accurately identify, source, and order vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
3. Manage parts requirements across trade, retail, and workshop channels
4. Maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge
5. Support the wider team in ensuring efficient parts operations
Requirements
6. Previous experience within the automotive industry is essential
7. Strong technical and product knowledge of vehicle parts
8. Confident using dealer management and manufacturer systems
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Full UK driving licence
